This program is for you
If you want the closest experience to having me right by your side at the gym. We connect through a 1-hour FaceTime session, and we train together in real time. In each session: We’ll start with a guided warm-up to prepare your body. We’ll focus on strength and mobility exercises tailored to your level. I’ll give you live corrections so you can train safely. I’ll keep you motivated and adjust every movement along the way. It’s like having your personal trainer at home, in your living room, or wherever you choose to train. All you need is your device, an internet connection, and the willingness to move.
More than online classes: we are a community that believes youth is maintained through movement. Here you’ll find practical workouts, constant motivation, and the support of a group that shares your same goal: living with energy and confidence.

We’ll start with a mobility test on video call to know where you’re at, then you’ll access the class calendar with clear topics, focus for each day, and any material needed (most sessions require no equipment).
